Yanitza Ramirez

Yanitza is an experienced real estate professional with more than twelve years in the Miami market. "Real Estate is an industry of service. I enjoy the ability to help people through sales," she says. For Yanitza, that means helping people buy or sell residential and commercial properties with the goal of enriching their lives, finding their dream home, or obtaining a special location in order to establish a business. She focuses her business in the areas of Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Doral, East Edgewater, Aventura, and even as far as Boca Raton, where she bought her summer home, and then later successfully sold it.

Yanitza has a B.S. in Communications from the University of Illinois, and lived in Winnetka, north of Chicago for a few years after acquiring her degree. She has been a Miami resident since 2001 and during that time she has truly embraced the weather, location, and cultural diversity as though it were her own hometown. Originally though, Yanitza is from Caracas, Venezuela, where she worked in Public Relations as the Vice-President of the Newcomers Club of Caracas. She was also the Chairwoman of the Diplomatic Ladies Group of Caracas, where she was honored for her work as the founder of the "Best Survival Guide in Caracas," serving expatriated families in Caracas who were involved in diplomatic and multinational assignments with companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Exxon Mobil, Cargill, John Deere, and Schlumberger.

Today, Yanitza applies her organization skills and attention to detail fully towards her real estate clients. "There are no limits to success in this industry," she explains. I love my job, and going the extra mile for my clients is always worth it because they deserve it."

Family is very important for Yanitza. She is a happy and proud mother of two wonderful adult children and two beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work she enjoys nature, fitness, shopping, the performing arts, and has spent 17 years pursuing the practice of Taichi - Chuan meditation. Yanitza also volunteers with the Ladies of Saint Jude, at the Saint Jude Melkite Catholic Church on Brickell Avenue and contributes to the Saint Jude Children's Hospital.

Yanitza is fully fluent in English and Spanish and is conversational in French.
