Having begun her career in real estate as executive assistant to Cervera Real Estate's top producing agent in 2004, it was not at all long before Sandra Stendel, herself, was receiving similar awards for her own performance in real estate sales. With Cervera, she received outstanding training and preparation while participating in all aspects of real estate transactions, such as: managing customer relations; negotiating and executing sales and lease transactions; writing contracts; maintaining listings; and overseeing inventory and marketing. She was also responsible for managing the back end for over $200 million in transactions.
at time, Ms. Stendel has become a much sought after real estate agent, representing multiple high end Miami developments (including, but not limited to: Quantum on the Bay, 900 Biscayne, Rivage South Beach and Latitude on the River), and receiving recognition as a top producer with over $9 million at Quantum on the Bay. Participating in pricing, strategic marketing and planning sales events for the buildings she represents has been a value added skill that Ms. Stendel brings to her relationships with clients. Certified in REO and short sale listings, Ms. Stendel also specializes in pre-construction, distressed sales and REO listings.
With a particular interest in developing international sales, Ms. Stendel has developed a special consulting team for international buyers and sellers, as well as a support team to achieve higher transaction volumes. She has been responsible for coordinating international sales, having planned and executed sales trips to Shanghai and Beijing. She has established satellite offices in Germany and launched an international joint venture to sell South Florida real estate to an international clientele, successfully establishing business relationships with overseas investors and fund managers.
