She has a passion for the variety of architectural styles and the different ways that people design and build homes, especially in the South Florida market in which Cervera specializes. With a deep love for Miami and the surrounding areas, Sandra genuinely believes that she lives in paradise. The markets in which she specializes included, but are not limited to: Doral, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove. Furthermore, she sold the largest residential condominium at 900 Biscayne Bay. Born in Managua, Nicaragua and transplanted to Walnut Creek, CA at the early age of two, Sandra lived there for eleven years before moving to Miami over twenty years ago. She feels blessed to have a wonderful husband and an amazing son with whom she loves to spend lazy Sundays. Fluent in English and Spanish, she enjoys shopping and dinner parties with her friends. She also is an avid sports fan, especially for basketball and football. She loves what she does and it is clear to whoever works with her.
