He has completed a number of specialty courses in sales, marketing, and customer service. He is a licensed Real Estate Associate with the State of Florida. And, he brings more than 15 years of experience with commercial banks, and regional wholesale and retail sales.
Through all his endeavors, Nedal says successful transactions are defined by efficiency, organized management, and an understanding that there are pre-sale and post-sale disciplines involved in every deal. He also believes strongly in the power of teamwork and communication to overcome any challenges – expected or unexpected – that may arise during a business relationship.
Originally from Venezuela, Nedal has made South Florida his home for a number of years. Together with his wife, he enjoys going to the beach, and playing or watching baseball, soccer, and tennis.
