Marjorie Santander

As an international real estate professional with licenses in Florida as well as her native Venezuela, Marjorie Santander is well-suited for the multicultural and diverse clientele of a city like Miami. You'll see very modern condominiums here, but then also grand Mediterranean-style villas, mid-century homes, and charming tropical colonial properties and they're all within the same market, she adds. There really is something for everyone. Currently, Marjorie specializes in residential properties priced at $350,000 and up across all major Miami neighborhoods. As a resident for 19 years, she is very familiar with Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Kendall, Midtown, East Edgewater, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, and many areas throughout the rest of Dade County and Broward County.

Prior to living in Miami, Marjorie spent time living in Louisiana, Mexico, and Peru. She also spent much of her young life living in Caracas, Venezuela, where she was born. Before beginning her career in real estate, Marjorie earned a degree in special education for children a cause she remains interested in supporting to this day through various community and charity efforts.
