Marcela Tellini

Realtor Associate
Languages: English, Spanish
With an approach that utilizes technology, research, business insight, and in-depth market analysis, Marcela Tellini is a Real Estate Sales Associate with a tireless passion for finding the ‘just right’ opportunities for the buyers and sellers she represents. “I love making new relationships with other people and learning what makes each person special and unique,” she says. “I then tailor my work so that I can bring something new to each client and give them an exclusive experience.”

Marcela was born in Argentina, where she lived with her family and studied Marketing at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales in Buenos Aires before moving to Houston, TX in 2000.
There, she continued her college coursework in English as a Second Language as well as in Product Management under The University of Houston’s Business School. She later attended Rice University to focus on Interior Design – a trait she now brings to the South Florida Real Estate Market. Marcela also holds the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation (GREEN), and is a REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE).

Since moving to Miami in 2011, Marcela has lived in Coral Gables, and specializes in residential homes and condominiums in the neighborhood and surrounding areas ranging from $300,000 and up. She is also very familiar with other popular residential destinations including Brickell and Miami Beach. “I love the culture in Miami because you have the chance to meet people from all over the world,” she adds. “Combine that with the beaches and the amazing weather and you have a place anyone would want to call home – that’s what I hope to give my clients.”

In her personal life, Marcela is a member of the Coral Gables Country Club and she also works with TECHNO – a non-profit organization that buildings homes for families living in extreme poverty throughout Latin America. She and a team of four or five other volunteer families travels to the host country for TECHNO projects for at least one week per year, learning and sharing ways to help these communities in need.

Marcela is fluent in English and Spanish.
