Lorena Agredo

Realtor Associate
Languages: English
Even though she holds a degree in accounting, and has a keen talent for numbers and transactions, it is Lorena Agredo’s way with people that makes her such a highly respected real estate professional. “Sales is my passion,” she explains, “but to me that starts with establishing excellent communications and using a high level of service to identify clients' needs.”

Lorena was first attracted to real estate as part of her natural interest in sales, business, and marketing. As she saw Miami growing and changing, she realized that real estate was central to Miami’s ever-evolving storyline and she wanted to be a part of it. “I love Miami and believe in its potential,” she says.
“Being a real estate professional allows me to be involved in the constant changes Miami is undergoing and to help guide others as they invest in this city on a personal or professional level.” To assist in that endeavor, Lorena offers a strong background in accounting, sales, strategic management, marketing, and other business decision-making tasks. She is also fully bilingual in both English and Spanish – a vital advantage in the residential pre-construction market she serves.

Originally from Colombia, Lorena has been a South Florida resident for more than 16 years – 6 in the Pembroke Pines area and 10 in the greater Miami region. This makes her an insightful resource for residences and neighborhoods throughout Miami-Dade county and South Broward county.

In her personal life, Lorena is a classic working wife and mother. She loves to cook, spend time with her two daughters and the supportive husband whom she says encourages her to achieve all of her goals as a mother, professional, and beyond. Together with her family, she enjoys boating and traveling the world. As a former professional speed roller-blade competitor, Lorena also greatly enjoys the action and excitement of sports. On a creative level she likes event planning, organization, and custom jewelry design. However, it is the welfare of children and families that she takes most to heart. Since the age of 18, she has devoted time and resources towards helping children in need and works diligently to give back to the community however she can – knowing that the reward is far greater than money.
