“Real estate is an intriguing field,” says James. “I have always found property values to be a fascinating subject since the market is a reflection of inherent value as well as what an individual property is worth to a given client. At the end of the day it’s about finding the right home – whether it’s for a person, a family, or a business. It’s a very fulfilling process.”

To that end, James has worked tirelessly to be a knowledgeable resource his clients can count on for expert, objective advice. He is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Associate; a Notary Public; an NDC Economic Development Professional; and holds several other specialized real estate certifications. He is also skilled with various computer software suites and applications. Professionally, James has worked with such prolific names as Citibank and Prudential, as well as the New York City Housing Development Corporation, and both the property management and development divisions of non-profit company, Carrfour Supportive Housing. He continues to work with Carrfour in their South Florida interests, including residential properties in Liberty City.

A resident of Fort Lauderdale since 2006, James has fully embraced the South Florida lifestyle – spending much of his free time outdoors. He enjoys golf and is a self-professed baseball nut, a passion he indulges by participating in corporate softball. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie, exploring the many pleasures of the area.
