Helena Fordin

Originally from New York, where she began her career in sales and marketing, Helena Fordin's earlier work was in the magazine publishing world. She acquired experience at some of the world's largest and most prominent publishing houses and worked on some of the more well-known publications, such as Hearst (Esquire, Marie Claire), Time, Inc. (Teen People), and Conde Nast (Brides and Modern Bride). She also spent some time handling marketing and special events for the Greenberg Traurig law firm in Miami.

When she moved from New York to South Florida in 2005, Helena fell in love with both the area and the real estate profession a career shift seemed a logical progression. While the neighborhood where Helena resides, the Hallandale/Hollywood area, is also one of her primary areas of concentration, she also specializes in many others, including but not limited to the Aventura and Sunny Isles areas.

Helena joined Cervera Real Estate in February 2012 because she soon became aware that they were universally considered the very best in Miami real estate, similarly offering their clients the very best that Miami has to offer.

Having received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Helena is fluent in English and Russian. Married, with two daughters, she continues to enjoy event planning and in her spare time, she also enjoys running, cooking, and culinary events. She is actively involved with the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Broward County, Temple BethEl of Hollywood and the Beachside Montessori Village School of Hollywood.
