Who could have ever guessed that, with an extensive résumé that includes a mile long list of credentials in film, television and off Broadway—both on camera/stage and behind the scenes—Carmen Moré would discover a new calling in the real estate world? And yet, that is exactly what she did, when in 2002, deciding to take a break from the world of film and television, she thought it might be interesting to explore the world of real estate—at a time when real estate was beginning to flourish, particularly in South Florida.
She soon decided she wanted in!

Having gotten to know the Cervera family very well while in high school and afterwards, Carmen joined forces with Cervera Real Estate in 2002; she currently specializes in restaurants and high-rise condominiums, with the Zuma, Bachour Bistro, COYA, and La Petite Maison Restaurant figuring among her more important transactions. She numbers among her clients professional athletes and prominent celebrities from all sectors of public life, and yet treats all her customers with the same degree of care and consideration—and always with a heightened attention to detail. Carmen has won several top producer awards in her time with Cervera, and has been instrumental in launching the Cervera ventures at Metropolis, Latitude on the River, Grovenor House and Epic Residences.

Born in Cuba, Carmen was raised in Coral Gables; for many years, she has also lived in Los Angeles and New York City. She is fluent in English and Spanish—conversational in French, and she graduated cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Film. She is actively involved with charities that relate to animals, such as the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
