Anuca Valverde

Anuca Valverde, an expert real estate marketing professional in South Florida, draws on 45+ years of global marketing, advertising, and sales experience. In 2007, as President of Marketing for Cervera Real Estate, Anuca created an in-house Advertising & Marketing department which she runs like an Ad agency. Her responsibilities include strategic guidance and tactical implementation for international and domestic operations, encompassing SEM, diverse media, and effective marketing plans. She's adept at reaching and influencing consumers across Latin American, European, and U.S. markets. Anuca's rich background includes 25 years of ownership of Valverde & Associates and later co-ownership of Valverde & Rodriguez. Having led these Coral Gables-based marketing firms, she gained insights into real estate, tourism, technology, and education sectors, with impressive clients such as Swire Properties, Codina Group, and Florida Tourism. She held Account Supervisor roles in New York City at Wells Rich and Greene, Inc, where she helped establish the Latin American affiliate network for the agency and managed its PANAM Airway account. Other advertising accounts in NYC included Mcdonalds' U.S. Michelob beer and Hispanic market at D'Arcy Masius, then Aeromexico Airlines at Canon Advertising. Before NYC, her advertising experience includes managing Aero Peru Airlines for the U.S. market at Harper Advertising and Braun Electronics for the European market in Paris for Intermail Direct Mail Marketing & Adversting.

Enriched by academic pursuits, Anuca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Georgetown University and post-graduate studies in art history (La Sorbonne), finance (Florida International University), and communication and coaching (University of Miami). Beyond her professional achievements, Anuca is an active community leader. She's associated with Caritas Cubana Miami Host Committee, served Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), and co-founded its Miami chapter. Her board involvement spans the Film Society of Miami and the presidency of the Center for Latin American Arts & Studies Junior Group(CLAAS). She is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.
