Alicia Lamadrid Paysse

As part of the newest generation of the Cervera family real estate business, Alicia Lamadrid Paysse has spent her entire life surrounded by the vision, insight, and deals that shaped the Miami skyline. Today, that family influence continues with Alicia’s own unique perspective on one of the world’s most in-demand real estate markets. She has involved in sales since 2009, and then transitioned to a more corporate role assisting in preparing new developments for launch as of 2013. Today, she plays a pivotal role in project sales strategies working side by side with sales managers, developers, architects, and other development team members to execute those strategies through to closings. Over the past 9 years, she has worked on new development projects that total over $1.5 Billion in sales.
As such, it comes as no surprise Alicia is a South Florida specialist when it comes to condos and pre-construction properties in Brickell, Downtown, and Miami Beach. However, as a Miami native, Alicia’s expertise with Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and all other Miami neighborhoods is unmatched, and she loves working with clients to help them find the right property.

Originally from Miami, Alicia has also lived in Denver – where she earned her degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. Upon returning to Miami after her studies in 2009, Alicia earned her real estate license and dove head first into sales in one of the most challenging market conditions in the city’s history. She helped negotiate closings, releases, and new sales in the aftermath of the real estate crisis, often when other agents and firms were losing business. In doing so, Alicia strengthened her connection to her favorite aspects of the city’s dynamic international character and stepped forward to create her own chapter of the Cervera real estate legacy.

In her personal time, Alicia is also committed to community involvement and giving back to others, participating in and supporting the efforts of such organizations as the United Way Impact Council and San Juan de Dios, a non-profit organization benefiting a hospital and patients in Peru.
“I’ve had the rare privilege of being able to learn from an illustrious tradition of driven, hard-working women succeeding in a highly competitive industry,” says Alicia.
