On the Scene: Cervera hosts Red Dot Miami Opening Preview Party ft. live performance by Steve Memmolo

To mark commencement of the five-day global panorama in contemporary art, culture and entertainment, the annual Opening Night Preview Party for Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami, sponsored in association with Cervera Real Estate and Artblend, attracted more than 7,000 art enthusiasts on Wednesday, December 5th.  Eric Smith, CEO of Redwood Media Group, was joined by Cervera Real Estate Founder & Chairman, Alicia Cervera, Cervera's Managing Partner, Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, and Cervera's President of Development Division, Jesse Ottley, together with Michael Joseph, co-owner of Artblend, for a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the opening and new home of two of the longest running art shows during Miami Art Week, at Mana Wynwood.

Thousands of social movers ' including Miami real estate industry heavyweights ' and the world's most affluent art dealers, collectors, artists, gallery owners, curators and art enthusiasts attended the opening night soiree, which featured the debut of "The Art of Living" lounge presented by Cervera, including: Aston Martin Residences Miami, Aria on the Bay, The Markers Grove Isle, Elysee Miami, Smart Brickell, and The Ocean Resort Residences Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. VIP guests in attendance at the lounge, which was furnished by CORT, enjoyed wines from King Estate Winery and cocktails by Teeling Whiskey

The evening was highlighted by special live jazz and hip hop-inspired musical sets from Steve Memmolo, a finalist on NBC's The Voice, who performed a mix of original songs and equally original versions of his favorite tunes alongside Evan LaFlamme and Andy Wesby.
