Investorist, a B2B pre-construction sales platform that promotes and distributes investment properties to buyers around the globe, has established an office in Miami. Entrepreneur and property marketing expert Jon Ellis launched Investorist.com in 2013 as an Australian-based start up. It has quickly expanded its national and international presence, becoming the word’s leading platform for new development property transactions.

Cervera Real Estate, Miami’s leading brokerage and only firm to exclusively represent and sell out over 100 South Florida condominiums, has become a foundation partner of Investorist. More than 10 of Cervera’s new construction projects are featured on the site, including: Aria on the Bay; Elysee Miami; Missoni Baia and the Ocean Resort Residences Conrad Ft. Lauderdale Beach.
Investorist’s US office launches with over 50 projects from some significant developers, including 520 W 28th Street designed by Zaha Hadid and Carnegie Park, both in New York. Both projects are by Related, one of the top three condo apartment developers in America. Other big names to support the platform are One Sotheby's International and Corcoran Sunshine, one of the top two brokers in New York.
Vice President, Head of Sales - Americas, Josh Cunningham, an experienced property marketing professional, heads up Investorist’s US operations.
