CERVERA REAL ESTATE PROMOTES ANA LOPEZ DE QUINTANA TO EVP SALES & OPERATIONS; YOVANI GARCIA TO SALES DIRECTOR, DOWNTOWN MIAMI DISTRICT
MIAMI – February 1, 2018 – Cervera Real Estate, the Miami-based brokerage firm with the largest portfolio of successful high-rise sellouts in the city, has promoted Ana Lopez de Quintana to Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations and Yovani Garcia to Sales Director, Downtown Miami District. These two major personnel moves were made as part of the company’s growth strategy – at corporate and sales division levels respectively – as the brokerage firm approaches 50-years of operations.
“As brokers, we take personal accountability for the professional development of every licensed agent within our firm. An effective leadership team is a key component of that effort and we are committed to surrounding our agents with talented individuals that can help them achieve their highest performance,” said Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Managing Partner for Cervera Real Estate. “Promoting from within is a privilege. Ana and Yovani have time and again demonstrated their unique ability to train, mentor and nurture sales professionals and we are proud to have them within our organization.”
Lopez de Quintana was vice president of sales and operations at Cervera. She joined the company in 2007 and developed the firm’s Cervera Academy, an in-house training program offering a comprehensive curriculum for Cervera agents, including sales, compliance and marketing. As executive vice president of sales and operations, Lopez de Quintana will also help manage the eight branch offices and sales directors within the company’s General Real Estate sales and leasing division. She is a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and has earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, a nationally recognized emblem of a commitment to extend the highest possible levels of professional real estate services.
Garcia was a sales director for the One Miami downtown branch office of the firm’s General Real Estate division. As the Downtown Miami District Sales Director, his management will extend to include the firm’s flagship downtown Miami office at 50 Biscayne, which he will co-manage with Jose Cipriani. Yovani will manage a team of more than 80 sales associates in the prime downtown Miami sub-market for the company, which has exclusively represented and sold more than 80% of the high-rise condominiums in the neighborhood. Garcia joined Cervera in 2005. He is a specialist in condominiums within the Brickell and Downtown Miami neighborhood and has closed more than $60 million in sales over his 12-year career. He previously worked as an audit and management consultant for major corporations including Ernst and Young, one of the "Big Four" accounting firms. Garcia holds a degree from Florida International University’s College of Business Administration.
Cervera’s General Real Estate sales and leasing division offers expert services for buyers, renters, sellers and landlords of residential and commercial properties, with more than 300 sales associates. In addition to the two Downtown Miami offices, branch offices are located in key neighborhoods across the region, including Brickell, Coconut Grove, Hallandale Beach, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach’s South of Fifth. The firm has been recognized for accomplishing record-breaking residential sales, among those include a $23 million lot on Indian Creek Island, the highest price ever recorded. The company has also brokered landmark commercial deals for some of the city’s most iconic destinations, including Zuma restaurant in downtown Miami, as well as land deals for the Four Seasons Hotel + Resort, Bristol Tower, and Setai Miami Beach.
