Faena House

The Faena House in Miami Beach is scheduled to open in 2015 in Miami Beach. It is a 19-story building with 68 total units.  It will be located at 3201 Collins Avenue right next to the Faena Saxony Hotel. The open and airy styled residences will have ultra-modern kitchens, expansive window walls leading out to very large balconies. It is the perfect outdoor living similar to Brazilian verandas.

The ultra-luxury Faena House will have the most futuristic design on Miami Beach, as developed by architect Lord Norman Foster. The building’s design is aerodynamic which mitigates the force of strong ocean winds. Each residence has been designed to maximize indoor and outdoor living by maximizing the use of terraces as additional living space. Glass sliding doors and windows will be 10 to 12 feet wide rather than the standard 4 foot wide. Kitchens by Dada are ultra modern and minimalist.
