250 WYNWOOD is a live/work condominium building in the heart of Miami’s burgeoning Wynwood Arts District. Located steps from Panther Coffee and the Wynwood Walls, the project is designed by New York City-based architect Laith Sayigh (formerly of Fosters + Partners, Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Skidmore Owings & Merrill), and is being developed by Fortis co-founders, Bradley R. Carlson and David Polinsky.

The mixed-use project will consist of two ground floor retail units and nine generously-proportioned studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums, ranging from 768 to 1,602 square feet. There are also two large penthouses, one with nearly 3,000 square feet of interior space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop sky garden. Each unit boasts 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass exteriors, vast, open live/work spaces with 8.5’ deep private balconies, and secured parking. Each unit’s balcony will feature original artwork curated by Wynwood gallerist and Art Basel exhibitor Anthony Spinello of Spinello Projects.
