It also helps that Carolina has called Miami home for 45 years growing up here since childhood after moving from Vina Del Mar, Chile. Today, her lifelong experiences with Miami are part of the insight she provides on mid-range to high-end residential homes and condominiums priced between $200,000 and $1 million. Practically a native herself, Carolina specializes in Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and most of the Miami Beach coastline, and other coastal properties extending up through Broward and Palm Beach.

Carolina has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995. Prior to that, she worked in human resources, where she leveraged her people skills towards professional development, and she also worked as a licensed Aesthetician within the cosmetics industry. In her personal life, Carolina enjoys decorating, shopping, cooking, and entertaining, as well as reading, following fashion, traveling, and experiencing gourmet cuisines. She also loves doing charity work and assisting with fundraising for causes benefiting children or the homeless. Two such organizations to which she devotes her time and energy include the Children's Home Society and Chapman Homeless Shelter.
