The Ritz Carlton in Coconut Grove
Cervera's Participation: At the time the developer engaged Cervera the first tower was nearing completion and only a few units were under contract. Since the second tower was at a point where it was feasible to make changes, we worked with the architects to change the interior design from 44 large units to 88 smaller units that were in line with the market demand. The development was successfully sold and Cervera has an office in the hotel lobby.
