A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Wendy Marks Pine moved to South Florida in
February 1995 after graduating from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree
in Arts and Sciences. She received her real estate license in 1997 and her brokers' license
in 2001. A 15-year industry veteran, Ms. Marks Pine appreciates the opportunity that her
real estate career provides to assist others with finding their dream home.

Wendy joined Related Cervera Realty Services in 2002. She has been charged with
managing sales at several projects including Boca Grand, The Plaza on Brickell, and
500 Brickell, with a total sellout of more $610 million and personal sales in excess of
$600 million. Pine is also responsible for sales launches of new projects in Palm Beach,
Lantana, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Fort Myers and Miami. She has
won numerous awards including the top producer on four developments, managing the
fastest and largest condominium sellout in South Florida, and has been recognized as
the "launch specialist" in managing the grand opening back offices at five developments.
She currently is the director of sales for The Plaza and 500 Brickell in Miami. Wendy
specializes in luxury residential condominiums ranging from $200,000 to over $5
million.

One of Wendy's most significant real estate accomplishments was selling, managing, and
closing Boca Grand, The Related Group's most challenging development. Her creativity
and determination to find buyers in a slow moving market and area through broker and
buyer incentives, revisiting competitors regularly to adjust pricing, and modifying the
marketing campaign numerous times until it was perfected have given Wendy the skills
and an incredible awareness of what it takes to be successful in a distinctive market.
Wendy was recently announced as the Director of Sales for Icon Brickell.

Wendy contributes to many charities on an annual basis including The American Cancer
Society and The United Way. She is also a member of the United Jewish Federation and
a life member of Hadassah. Enthusiastic and passionate, Wendy enjoys spending quality
time with her husband Bobby, their two sons, and puppy Triton. She also enjoys snow
skiing and waterskiing as favorite pastimes.
