Patrick Orloff serves as Cervera Real Estate’s International Sales Director. A native of Buenos Aires, Patrick relocated to Miami begin his real estate career twenty years ago.  Since then, he has become a recognized leader in the industry known for specializing in pre-construction condominium sales in Brickell and Miami Beach. Joined by his sister, Gabriela Orloff, the team focuses heavily on international sales and business opportunities throughout South America, while also managing a portfolio of over 100 rentals for his buying customers.

Patrick joined Cervera in 2011 after working with the company on numerous projects. Prior to joining Cervera, Patrick was a consistent top producer, closing over a 1,000 real estate sales and rental transactions.
