Claudia Canellas-Hernandez comes from a Puerto Rican real estate family dating back three generations.  From an early age, she was exposed to the industry naturally developing a strong affinity for real estate.  She enjoys working with customers and helping them locate the perfect property that meets all their needs.  One of her strongest attributes is that she is very fast and efficient in getting the deal closed.  Claudia is admired for her experience, hard work, effectiveness, and knowledge.  She started her real estate career in 1992 and decided to join Cervera in 2000 because her family knows Alicia Sr. when they all lived in Cuba.

Claudia specializes in Brickell, Coral Gables, Dadeland, Kendall, and Key Biscayne.  Her largest transaction to date was one million dollar home in Coral Gables.  In 2010, Cervera awarded Claudia as a Top Producer for all of her closed deals. She is committed to providing the best service and advice to her customers.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Claudia is fluent in English and Spanish and graduated from Babson College, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree. After college, she relocated to Miami, where she has enjoyed living in such a rich and diverse city.  Claudia is greatly involved in her community and spends her time at the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce.  Her drive, dedication, and commitment, sets her aside from most in industry while her tenacious personality helps her close all her deals.  Claudia Canellas-Hernandez is someone you want working for you.
