Adriana is an excellent and experienced marketer and real estate

development sales associate with extensive knowledge of the local and international

markets. She has been working in the real estate industry for a decade and has

become an expert in her field. Fluent in English and Spanish, Adriana is very

effective, decisive, a strong leader, motivated, and personable. She joined Cervera

in 2011 and became a sales associate on the Brickellhouse project, where she

personally collaborated by selling a total of 109 units in 2012. Adriana is a force to

be reckoned. Her gift of selling and powers of persuasion always work in both her

clients and her favor.

Before joining Cervera, Adriana worked at Related Cervera Realty Services

for three years, where she was the sales director on the 50 Biscayne Condominium

Project. She was the head of the sales team and organized broker events. Adriana

was responsible for all contract administration on developer inventory (collections

and processing of contracts), production of reports, and she managed pricing of

inventory and made recommendations on changes to the developer. Furthermore,

she was responsible for the closing process of all units and assisted Greenberg

Traurig on all proceedings. Adriana also worked at Cobalt Development Group for

two years and at H&H Development Company for five years.

A graduate of Miami Dade Community College, Adriana received an

Associates degree in English and an Associates degree in Business Administration/

Accounting. She enjoys satisfying the wants and needs of her clients and won’t rest

till she has accomplished them. Adriana is a charitable individual, who works with

her church on collections and fundraising events. She enjoys giving back to the

community that she loves to serve. From the start Adriana has been recognized as a

top producer and a strong leader.
